MillyUnderwater is a small independent business based in Cozumel, Mexico. We provide high-quality underwater photos and personalized scuba diving experiences.

2. Products and Services

We offer:

Underwater digital photos (delivered by instant download)
Scuba diving tours with professional guides
Dive gear rental for your session

All products are either digital or in-person services. We do not ship physical items.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are shown in USD. Payments must be completed in full before any product or service is delivered or confirmed.

We accept secure payments through PayPal and major credit or debit cards, processed through Shopify.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Digital Photos

All sales are final.
No refunds after download.
If you have trouble accessing your photos, contact us and we will assist you.

Diving Services

Cancel 7 days or more before your tour: full refund
Cancel 48 to 72 hours before your tour: 50 percent refund
Cancel less than 48 hours before or fail to show up: no refund

If we must cancel due to weather or safety concerns, we will either refund your payment or reschedule your session at no extra cost.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photos, text, and logos, is owned by MillyUnderwater.

Photos purchased are for personal use only. You are not allowed to resell, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes unless you receive written permission.

6. Liability

By booking a dive tour, you understand and accept the natural risks of scuba diving.

MillyUnderwater is not responsible for injuries, equipment misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions. We are also not responsible for technical issues caused by third-party services, such as internet providers or payment platforms.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data responsibly. You can read our full Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Mexican law.
