Cancellation Policy

At MillyUnderwater, we are a small and dedicated dive operation. Our diving slots are limited and often fully booked days or weeks in advance. Because of this, last-minute cancellations have a direct impact on our ability to operate and serve other guests.

We kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible if you are unable to attend your reserved dive.

Last-minute cancellations are defined as any cancellation made within 24 hours of your scheduled dive. These cancellations will be charged in full.

Exceptions:

• If you provide a doctor’s note due to a medical emergency, the cancellation fee will be waived.

• Charges for rental gear or specialty tanks will not apply if the dive is canceled at the last minute.
